With its aromatic, tangy and spicy flavours, Malaysian food demands specific ingredients and techniques, which is why we import essential ingredients and spices directly from Malaysia and blend them in - house. Singapore Signatures
Singapore fare, like Malaysia, is an amalgamation of Malay, Chinese, Indian and Peranakan cuisine, brought together from as early as the 14th century onwards. The forefathers of many Singaporeans were from the same origin, formerly known as Malaya. The merging cultures melded into what is now known as the modern day Singapore cuisine.
